SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
Your subscription with Pickies grants you access to tailored digital design and brand development services. We offer three distinct Subscription Plans to meet varying business needs:
Starter: $2000/month
Includes 1 active request at a time for 1 brand.
Digital Marketer: $5000/month
Includes up to 2 active requests simultaneously for unlimited brands and 1 landing page development.
Digital Team: $7000/month
Includes up to 3 active requests simultaneously for unlimited brands, 1 landing page development, and media buying services.
SERVICES
We provide a wide range of digital design services, carefully tailored to fit your brand’s unique needs and goals. Our offerings include brand identity, social media content, logos, landing pages, presentations, ad campaigns, and more, ensuring your brand gets the support it needs to succeed online.
PAYMENT AND TERMINATION
Fees for Subscription Plans are billed monthly in advance, with invoices issued at the beginning of each billing cycle. Payment is due upon receipt to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. Failure to remit payment may result in temporary suspension of services until outstanding fees are settled, subject to a late payment fee.
You may cancel your subscription by providing written notice to Pickies at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, you remain liable for any fees incurred up to the termination date. No refunds are issued for the current billing cycle, ensuring clarity and fairness in our cancellation policies.
MODIFICATIONS
Pickies reserves the right to modify Subscription Plans, service terms, and associated fees upon providing you with 30 days' notice. Any changes to your Subscription Plan will be communicated via email, and your continued use of our services following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
LIABILITY AND GENERAL PROVISIONS
While Pickies endeavors to deliver exceptional service, we do not accept liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. By subscribing to our services, you agree to indemnify and hold Pickies harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of our services, including third-party claims, data loss, or business interruption.
Your privacy and data security are paramount. Pickies adheres to stringent data protection regulations and safeguards your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, ensuring confidentiality and trust throughout our engagement.
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and Pickies concerning your subscription, superseding any prior agreements, whether written or oral. Governing this Agreement are the laws of Digital Issues, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be exclusively resolved in Dubai, UAE. Each provision of this Agreement is severable, and the failure of Pickies to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other.
